Do what you love and never work a day in your life; I am a prime example of this saying. Boating is an obsession that stems from my childhood.
Boating was a way for me to spend time with my family. My father worked two jobs so time was limited, but when Sunday would come, we were on the boat. Because boating was a very personal connection, it lit the fire for me to make it a career. I started painting, detailing, and working on boats at a local marina at the age of 13. From there, I started my retail career at Boat U.S. where I worked as a stock boy. Then I was a cashier, then became a parts manager, and finally a corporate buyer.
The boating industry and people are the passions or obsessions that fuel my fire. I don't want to do things the same way everyone has in this industry; I want to innovate and change things for the better.

I have been in the marine industry for 22 years and absolutely love being on the water with friends and family. When we aren’t on the water you will find me at the dirt track cheering on my son! I also keep the owner on track and organized, that is a chore in itself.

Emily grew up coming to the Eastern Shore on weekends and summers to go crabbing with her grandparents. Seven years ago she moved her family to Kent Island and has loved every minute since. Her background is mainly in customer service and marketing. In her free time she enjoys traveling with her husband and children to sunny Florida.
Brandon Goodman
Drone master, fishing fanatic, and one of the best in the business, he knows boats inside and out.

Brandon fell in love with everything on the water from the time he could hold a fishing rod. He grew up on the Magothy River in Pasadena and has boated on just about every body of water in Maryland. His passion for boating began with bass fishing out of skeeter and nitro boats since he was about four years old. Brandon began selling boats directly out of high school and doesn't plan on a career change anytime soon. When Brandon isn't with a customer, you can find him fishing and bowfishing all over the Chesapeake!
Hunter Coppell

Hunter grew up on Middle River in Essex MD, the water has not only been a passion but a part of his life. He remembers the day he brought home his first boat, a J14 Carolina Skiff powered by a Yamaha 25hp. That’s where it all started and right then he knew he wanted to make a life on the water. Throughout high school and college Hunter worked as a dock hand and as a mate on different fishing boats. After finishing school he knew exactly what he wanted, as boating has been such a huge part of his life. With that, there’s no better way to share my experience than selling boats and guiding people into this lifestyle. He has since upgraded from my J14 Skiff a few times over, and currently owns a Steiger Craft 26 Miami. He spends his free time leisurely fishing as well as tournament fishing for striped bass in the Chesapeake, and offshore fishing out of Ocean City MD. Hunter says "I feel blessed to do what I do and share this lifestyle with upcoming new boaters as well as avid boaters".

Allie grew up on Kent Island and has also called Tampa and Milwaukee home. No matter where she's lived, being near the water has always been essential. Boating isn’t just a hobby for her it’s truly a way of life. There’s nothing she enjoys more than being out on the water, soaking up the sun, enjoying good company, and listening to music.
When shes not working or on the water, you’ll find her spending time with her rescue pup, Willow, staying active doing yoga or discovering new music.

Vincent or as we call him Vincy has worked here longer than the owner Walter. In fact they are one week apart. If you see a boat and trailer being backed up and you say to yourself "he has skills" that is Vincy driving... He is nothing short of incredible behind the wheel of the truck. Along with his epic driving skills Vincy has a magnetic personality and you instantly like him. He also holds a Yamaha Certificate but heads up our transportation department. Next time Vincy delivers your boat, ask to see the seat in the Dodge Dually.
